Corporate environments — branding people live with daily

Office graphics are judged differently from retail or event work. Nobody walks past them once; the same hundred people see them every day for years. That changes the standard — colour has to be right, seams have to be invisible, and the build has to survive daily contact without looking tired.

  • Seamless fabric feature walls up to 16 ft
  • Matte laminated vinyl murals with planned seam layout
  • Standoff-mounted acrylic and routed composite signage
  • Wayfinding, directories and room identification systems
  • Printed privacy film and glass manifestation bands
  • Removable adhesives for leased premises

Feature walls and reception environments

Reception is the highest-value surface in most offices and the hardest to get right, because it is seen from six feet away in good light. Large graphics need seam strategy — a fabric SEG panel avoids seams entirely up to sixteen feet, while a vinyl mural needs panel joins planned around architectural features rather than dropped through a face. Substrate choice drives the feel as much as the image: matte laminated vinyl reads as paint, tensioned fabric reads as textile, standoff-mounted acrylic or routed composite reads as architecture. We match the method to how the space is meant to feel.

Wayfinding, room identity and glass

Wayfinding programs are systems, not signs. Consistent typography, repeatable sign types, a naming logic that survives a floor reshuffle, and mounting methods that let a room be renamed without patching drywall. We produce level directories, directional signage, room identification, and glass manifestation — the frosted bands on glass partitions that stop people walking into them, which most building codes require anyway. Printed film on glass does double duty as privacy screening, brand pattern and manifestation in a single application. One material, three problems solved, one install.

Working in occupied buildings

Corporate installs happen around people, which is its own discipline. Landlord approvals, building management access rules, after-hours and weekend windows, low-odour materials, dust control and elevator booking all shape the schedule. Removability matters too — leased premises usually require graphics come off cleanly at end of term, which drives adhesive selection from the start rather than as an afterthought. We measure on site, phase installs floor by floor and plan around occupancy instead of assuming an empty building. Nobody should arrive Monday to find their desk under a drop cloth.

FAQ

Common questions

Will office wall graphics damage the paint when removed?

Not with the right specification. Removable-adhesive films lift cleanly from fully cured, sealed painted drywall using heat and slow peeling. The failures happen on freshly painted walls that have not cured, on poor quality or flaking paint, and where permanent adhesive was used because nobody mentioned the lease. Tell us up front that it is leased space and we will spec removable film and, where useful, recommend a test patch.

What is glass manifestation and do we need it?

Manifestation is the visual marking applied to large areas of clear glass so people can see it is there — the frosted band or pattern at eye level on glass partitions and doors. It is a safety requirement in many building codes and a practical necessity in offices with full-height glazing. Since you need it anyway, it is worth designing rather than defaulting to a plain strip. Printed film can carry brand pattern, wayfinding or privacy graduation in the same application.

Can you install outside business hours?

Yes. Most corporate work happens evenings and weekends because floors cannot be shut down mid-week, and building management often restricts access and freight elevator use to off-hours anyway. We plan installs around your building's rules and your occupancy, phasing larger programs floor by floor. Flag any access restrictions, insurance requirements or security clearances early so scheduling accounts for them. Certificates of insurance in particular can take days to issue.
