Retail — campaigns that land in every store on time

Retail graphics are a logistics problem wearing a design brief. The creative gets approved once; then it has to be produced at forty different sizes, packed by location and land in every store the same week. We produce for Tom Ford, Sunglass Hut, Aveda, Zara and Nike, and that is the part that actually takes the work.

  • Backlit SEG lightboxes for window and in-store displays
  • Window vinyl, cut lettering and one-way vision film
  • Header cards, shelf talkers and POP collateral
  • Shop-in-shop fabrication with routed and extruded components
  • Per-store dimension records retained between campaigns
  • Kitted and labelled by store number with install guides

Windows and storefronts

The window is the highest-value graphic in the store and the one fighting hardest for attention — daylight, glare and a shopper walking past at pace. Backlit SEG fabric lightboxes stay legible against daylight and keep working after close. Printed vinyl and cut lettering handle promotional messaging and can be applied and removed on a fast cycle. Perforated one-way vision film covers the whole glass while staff still see out. Because every location's window is a different size, we build per-store dimension records so each campaign is cropped correctly rather than scaled to fit.

In-store, shop-in-shop and POP

Inside the store the work fragments — header cards, shelf talkers, lightbox inserts, hanging signs, fixture wraps, counter units, printed flooring for a brand zone, fitting room graphics. Shop-in-shop builds add fabricated hardware to the mix, with routed rigid components, extrusion frames and printed panels assembled into a defined brand footprint inside someone else's store. We produce the graphics and the fixtures together, which keeps colour consistent between a fabric panel, a printed vinyl wrap and a coated board card sitting inches apart under retail lighting.

Rollout logistics and kitting

A campaign is not finished when it is printed. Our fulfillment team packs to your store list — each location's carton containing exactly the sizes and quantities that location needs, labelled by store number, with the install guide on top. Store staff open one box and everything is there. For programs with regional variation we handle versioning, and for seasonal cycles we hold artwork, dielines and per-store dimensions so the next campaign starts from a known baseline instead of a fresh survey.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you produce a campaign across stores of different sizes?

That is the normal case, not the exception. Almost no retail banner has identical windows and fixtures across its estate. We work from your per-location dimensions to produce correctly cropped versions rather than scaling one file up and down, which is what causes logos to shift and copy to fall off the edge. If you do not have a dimension survey, we help build one during the first campaign and reuse it afterwards.

How do you ship a rollout to multiple locations?

By kitting to your store list. Rather than sending bulk stock to a distribution centre for someone else to sort, we pack a carton per store containing exactly that store's items, labelled with the store number and opened to an install guide. Cartons ship direct or to your DC, whichever you prefer. Fewer parts get lost, fewer stores call head office, and the campaign goes live on schedule.

How quickly can retail window graphics be changed over?

It depends on the system. An SEG fabric graphic in an installed frame swaps in a few minutes with no tools — pull the old panel, press in the new bead — which is exactly why retailers on frequent campaign cycles move to frames. Applied window vinyl takes longer, needs removal and surface cleaning first, and is better suited to less frequent changes. For a store changing graphics monthly, frames pay for themselves quickly.
