Capabilities
How the work actually gets made.
The presses, the fabric line and the fabrication shop, in one North Toronto building — so colour, tolerances and schedule stay in one set of hands from file to install. For the finished items you can order, see Products.

Custom fabric printing, dye sublimation to 16 ft × 140 ft seamless
Dye sublimation puts the image inside the fibre rather than on top of it. Under heat and pressure, disperse dyes turn to gas, penetrate the polyester and re-solidify as part of the material. The print will not crack, peel or rub off, the fabric keeps its drape, and the graphic folds into a box instead of shipping on a tube.
One continuous piece up to 16 ft wide × 140 ft long — no stitch line either way · Direct-to-fabric and transfer paper workflows · Water-based disperse dyes on PVC-free polyester -
Hardware fabrication — we build the thing the graphic lives on
A graphic is only half a display. The other half is the structure that holds it flat, keeps it upright, survives shipping and goes together without a crew of specialists. IAC's fabrication bay builds that half — CNC-routed rigid components, aluminum extrusion frames, tubular structures and one-off custom hardware.
Flatbed CNC routing of rigid substrates · Aluminum extrusion cutting, mitring and assembly · Swedged tubular frames with numbered push-lock poles -
Sheet fed and small format printing that matches the big stuff
Campaigns rarely stop at the big graphic. There is a counter card, a brochure, a spec sheet, a folder. Producing those in the same building as the display work means the small pieces actually match the large ones — same colour targets, same approvals, one delivery.
Sheet fed and digital small format production · Coated, uncoated and coated one-side board stocks · Folding, scoring, stitching, binding and drilling -
Wide format printing for graphics that have to hold up
Wide format covers everything too big for a sheet press — banners, backlit film, window vinyl, wall graphics, rigid panels, fabric. IAC runs UV-cured roll and flatbed presses alongside a five-metre dye sublimation line, so the substrate gets chosen for the application rather than for whichever machine happens to be free.
