Privacy policy
Last updated July 28, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Imaged Advertising Creations (IAC) collects through iacgobig.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to reflect what this website actually does — not a generic template.
Who is responsible
Imaged Advertising Creations ("IAC", "we") is the organisation responsible for personal information collected through this site. We are located at 550 McNicoll Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M2H 2E1, Canada. Questions about this policy or about your information can be sent to info@iacgobig.com or by phone on 416.493.8888.
What we collect, and when
We only collect personal information you choose to give us.
When you submit the quote request form, we receive your first and last name, email address, and the details of your enquiry. If you fill them in, we also receive your phone number, company name, and the service you selected. Nothing on this site collects personal information passively — there is no account system, no login for visitors, and no profiling.
Why we use it
Quote request information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out any work that follows. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Consent, and withdrawing it
Submitting the form is your consent for us to contact you about that enquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a quote request — if we ever start sending commercial email, that will be a separate opt-in, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires.
For advertising cookies, your consent is the Accept button on the cookie notice. They are off until you press it. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, which reopens the notice so you can decline.
To have information you have already sent us deleted, email info@iacgobig.com.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained while we are in contact with you and afterwards as part of our business records, so that repeat work can be matched to previous specifications. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask us and we will delete it unless we are required to retain it for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
Who else can see it
Three service providers handle information on our behalf.
Our email provider, Microsoft 365, stores the messages we receive and send.
Our website host, DigitalOcean, stores the files that make up this site and can technically access them. The site is served through a content delivery network, which processes the technical details of your request — including your IP address — in order to deliver pages to you.
When you submit the quote request form, it is transmitted through a third-party form service, which forwards it to our inbox. That service operates from servers in the United States and may retain a copy of the submission along with technical information such as your IP address and browser. This means the information in your quote request is transferred outside Canada and, while it is held there, is subject to lawful access by United States authorities. If you would rather not have your enquiry leave the country, email or telephone us directly instead of using the form — the address and number are on the contact page and at the foot of every page.
We do not pass your information to any other third party for their own purposes, and none of these providers is permitted to use it for anything beyond providing their service to us.
Third-party services this site loads
Two external services are used to display the site, and both receive your IP address as a technical consequence of your browser requesting a file from them:
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) supplies the typefaces used across the site.
Google Maps is embedded on the contact page to show our location. Google may set cookies through that embedded map. If you do not want that, you can avoid the contact page's map and use the written address instead.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube are ordinary links. They do not track you until you click them.
Plausible Analytics (plausible.io) counts page views. It sets no cookies and receives no personal information; its servers are in the European Union.
Google Analytics and Google Ads (googletagmanager.com) measure our advertising, and load only if you accept the cookie notice. Until then they are not contacted at all.
Cookies
Two kinds of measurement run on this site, and they are treated very differently.
Plausible Analytics gives us basic traffic figures: which pages were viewed, roughly where visitors came from, and which spec sheets were downloaded. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not create a profile of you or follow you to other websites. Because it collects no personal information, it runs for every visitor and we do not ask permission for it. Plausible processes this data on servers in the European Union.
Google Analytics and Google Ads are used to measure our advertising. These do set cookies, do identify returning visitors, and do share data with Google, which may use it to show you our ads elsewhere. Because of that, they are switched off by default and load only if you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, or simply ignore the notice, they never load and nothing about you is sent to Google. Declining does not change how the site works.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Choosing Decline there stops any further collection.
The Google Map embedded on the contact page may also set cookies when that page loads.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The quote form validates and filters what is submitted, and includes measures to reduce automated spam. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is completely protected, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@iacgobig.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated directly where we hold contact details for you.
