Do you have artwork templates or dielines?

For the catalogue display range — bannerstands, flags, tents, tablecloths, popup walls — yes, and they are on this page. For Procura SEG frames, not as downloads. The CAD profile drawings here are the authoritative geometry, and for a standard SEG panel the artwork is the finished frame size plus the bleed the keder needs. Tell us the frame and the configuration and we will send the exact artwork size for that job, bleed and inner-graphic correction included. That is more reliable than a generic template, because L, U and O configurations are sized differently and a template cannot know which you are building.

Which file do I need to set up artwork?

The specification sheet. It carries the keder type, the profile depth and the graphic type, which between them determine bleed and finished size. The CAD drawing matters when you are checking how the frame meets a wall, a floor or another frame. The installation guide matters on site, not at the artwork stage.

Can I use these drawings in my own documentation?

For specifying and quoting an IAC job, yes — they are published so you can design against them. If you want to reproduce them in a client-facing document of your own, ask us first. Some of the geometry is Procura’s, and we would rather check than give you an answer on their behalf.

Something is missing. Can you send it?

Yes. Not every product has all three files. Ask, and we will either send it or tell you plainly that it does not exist yet.

Artwork templates

77 print-ready templates for the catalogue display range, at full size. Each one carries the bleed line, the finished print line, the safety line and the stitch line for that exact product, plus the resolution, colour space and file formats we need. Set your artwork up on the template and there is nothing left to interpret.

Do not change the artboard size, the layer structure or the scale. Those are what make the file place correctly at our end.

Care and handling

What to tell a client when the graphic arrives, and what to do with it between shows. Folding direction, storage, washing, and stain treatment — with the differences that matter: dye sublimation fabric can be machine washed cold and steamed, UV fabric cannot be washed or ironed at all. Getting those two the wrong way round ruins a graphic, so these are worth sending on with every fabric job.

CAD profile drawings

Cross-sections in DXF, one per extrusion. Drawn from Procura’s own geometry, so these are the dimensions the part is made to rather than a tracing of it. Open in any CAD package. Use them to check how a profile meets a substrate, a channel or a return before committing to a build.

Specification sheets

One per product, hardware and textile. Profile depth, keder type, lockset, finishes and mounting for the frames; weight, width, opacity, fire rating and finishing method for the textiles. These are the numbers to quote from.

Installation guides

Step-by-step assembly with component codes and configuration tables. Written for whoever is holding the frame on site rather than the person who ordered it. Décor has none because our own crew installs it.

Setting up artwork

For a silicone edge graphic the finished artwork is the frame size plus the bleed the keder needs, and the correction differs by configuration. An L, a U and an O are not sized the same way, because each frame laps into the corner post by the profile depth at every corner it meets. Rather than publish a template that cannot know which you are building, send us the frame and the configuration and we will confirm the exact artwork size for that job.

One thing worth getting right first time: frames are ordered larger than the wall dimension, not smaller. Getting that backwards means a remake, so it is worth one email before the file goes to print.
